Terms and Conditions

  1. Introduction These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the consultancy and training services provided by ProSca Business Solutions Private Limited (“Company”). By using our services, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not proceed with engagement.
  2. Services Offered
    • Consultancy Services: Business scaling strategies, process optimization, and financial advisory for MSMEs.
    • Training Programs: Customized business and skill-based training modules to enhance operational efficiencies and workforce skill sets.
    • Detailed service deliverables and timelines will be outlined in individual service agreements or training brochures.
  3. Client Responsibilities
    • Clients are responsible for providing timely, accurate, and complete information.
    • Clients must adhere to all agreed timelines for document submissions, reviews, and training participation.
    • Non-cooperation or delays may affect service delivery, and ProSca is not responsible for resulting outcomes.
  4. Fees and Payment
    • Fees for both consultancy and training services will be detailed in the signed service agreement or training brochure.
    • Full payment must be made before training sessions or consultancy work begins unless agreed otherwise.
    • Payment delays beyond the due date may attract a penalty fee of up to 2% per month on the outstanding amount.
  5. Training Policy
    • Training sessions are conducted on a schedule as decided by ProSca.
    • Training content and materials provided are proprietary and for participant use only.
    • Missed training sessions are non-refundable but may be rescheduled at the Company’s discretion.
    • Training sessions may be rescheduled if and when required.
  6. Confidentiality
    • All shared business data and customized training materials are treated as confidential.
    • The Company will not share or disclose client information without prior written consent except when legally required.
  7. Intellectual Property
    • Training materials, consultancy frameworks, and proprietary reports remain the Company’s intellectual property.
    • Redistribution, duplication, or use without written authorization is prohibited.
  8. Liability Limitation
    • Training and consultancy services are advisory in nature. Results depend on client implementation.
    • The Company assumes no liability for indirect or consequential losses based on service outcomes.
  9. Dispute Resolution
    • All disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, in Delhi, India.
    • The decision of the arbitrator will be final and binding.
  10. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
  11. Changes to Terms We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services indicates your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Privacy Policy

  1. Introduction ProSca Business Solutions Private Limited respects your privacy and is committed to protecting personal, business, and training data shared with us.
  2. Information We Collect
    • For Consultancy: Business registration, financial data, and operational strategies.
    • For Training: Participant names, job roles, and contact information.
  3. Use of Information
    • Data is used to provide customized consultancy and deliver training.
    • We may contact participants for feedback and follow-up support.
  4. Data Security Robust measures protect your data; however, absolute security cannot be guaranteed.
  5. Third-Party Sharing Information is shared only with consent or when required by law.
  6. Policy Updates We may revise this policy and notify clients of significant changes.

No Cancellation and No Refund Policy

  1. Scope This policy applies to both consultancy services and training programs.
  2. No Cancellation
    • After signing a service or training agreement, cancellations are not permitted.
    • For training, once enrollment is confirmed, participation is binding.
  3. No Refund
    • Fees for consultancy, training modules, and materials are non-refundable.
    • This includes partial completion or fully delivered services and sessions.
  4. Missed Training
    • Missed training sessions are non-refundable but may be rescheduled based on availability and company discretion.
  5. Customized Content
    • Customized business strategies, reports, and training modules tailored to specific needs are non-returnable and non-refundable.
  6. Force Majeure
    • No refunds or cancellations are allowed due to unforeseen circumstances beyond control, such as natural disasters or government regulations.
